Card-Jitzu

Finally after some delay, the new Dojo game Card-Jitzu has arrived! The new game works very much like paper rock scissors, only cards have powers so that if you both play the same card, the highest power wins. If you win enough games, you will be rewarded with ninja belts. Fire beats Snow, Snow beats Water, Water beats Fire. Just like the newspaper said, it’s a triangle of power. For instructions on how to play see my post called How to Play Card-Jitzu.

To get started you will have to see Sensei and he will give you a deck of cards and tell you the rules. Sensei sits on that nice little cushion in the corner and will only appear if you put your mouse there. To start a game you can go to Sensei or you can walk up to one of the mats. It’s a bit slow to start off with, but once it gets going it’s really quite fun. To get belts you need to win a few games, I’m not sure how many because I forgot too count, but it didn’t take me too long and I didn’t win them all. The more games you win, the better the belt. Once you reach Black Belt, you can challenge Sensei and if you beat him you will get special items and will officially be a Club Penguin ninja for real!

Be sure to check out the Dojo Courtyard as well, all the snow has been cleared away and you can now see it in all it’s glory. Aside from the devastating delay yesterday, the Club Penguin team have really done a great job in giving the Dojo a makeover and bringing a new game to Club Penguin, thanks a lot Club Penguin.
